The big relieving news today was that they are in separate amniotic sacs. This might not mean much to you but we were a bit worried that they were sharing an amniotic sac which can be quite dangerous according to google. They are in one big gestational sac nestled up close to one another and their hearts are ticking nice and fast.
We are officially released from the fertility clinic. It. feels. so. good.
Oh the original Parent Trap... it's always been one of my favourites... maybe there was a reason for that! via |
Holy Cow! Wow! Congrats - how fun is that??? Oh the names will be so fun. Maybe Sharon and Susan :) (of course I'm biased) :)
ReplyDeleteHow amazing! Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteHahaha too funny! We are so not going to be those people though with matching children who look like little clone babies! Andrew is determined that they will each have their own stuff!
ReplyDeleteWOW! exciting stuff - thank god it's not 4!!
ReplyDeleteWhoah! Good stuff here! Yes, it is great that they are in their own sacs, so this is the best news!!! Are ya hanging in there?
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! I'm so glad your babies each have their own "room", gestationally speaking. We don't dress our boys the same either, nor do their names start with the same letter or *shudder* rhyme. You'd be surprised at how many people asked us if we were going to dress our identicals the same and our fraternal different. Who would ever do that?? People are weird to a frightening degree.
ReplyDeleteCongrats on the graduation! And identical twins! Another great surprise. I loved the parent trap. What an awesome movie! Now that you've put that bug in my head, I'll have to find it and watch it :)
ReplyDeletegreat news... congratulations!
ReplyDeleteWow- congrats!
ReplyDeleteSo crazy--congratulations!!!!
ReplyDeleteWow! and Wow! Congratulations. That is amazing!!
ReplyDeleteWow that is so awesome. congratulations
ReplyDeleteHow cool is that!? Congratulations on the twinnies and on graduating! That is a huge relief! Are doctors not able to tell if all twins are fraternal or identical until this far along or yours was just a special case? I'm assuming ours are fraternal since we implanted 2 and I saw 2 sacs.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on graduating the clinic!!!
ReplyDeleteBy the way, Family Trap is also one of my favorite movies... hmmm... something to think about. :)
Wow! That's unexpected (generally, not after your u/s photo form the other week. :)
ReplyDeleteJust shows, once again, that statistics mean nothing! Congratulations!
ReplyDeleteWow wow wow! So awesome! Congrats!!!
ReplyDeleteHow exciting!! I also love the original Parent Trap movie. I watched all the time growing up.
ReplyDeleteLets get together, yeah yeah yeah!!! I wonder if your twins will sing that song one day? Congrats!!!
